Jim Kinneary, CEO
Boasting 15+ years’ experience as GM of engineering, manufacturing, and service businesses involved with highly engineered rotating equipment, Jim has a passion for building high performing, customer service oriented teams.Jim has over 25+ years’ experience in international sales and project management an MBA from Villanova University, an ME from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, and a BS in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy

Simon Richards, Engineering Manager
- A graduate of the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the University of Southampton, UK. Simon started his career at the General Electric Global Research Center in Niskayuna, NY, working on design problems across the GE company product line, including aircraft engines, gas and steam turbines and centrifugal compressors. After GE, Simon worked at CD-adapco (now part of Siemens) supporting engineering companies across diverse engineering fields on the STAR-CCM+ engineering design software suite. Simon has been at Coffin Turbo Pump since 2015, primarily working on new product development and testing, including the new DSR pump line, a pump condition monitoring system and pump efficiency improvement upgrade packages. Simon enjoys the great outdoors and travelling with his family.
